HOW ENCLOMIPHENE WORKS
Glucose control.
Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer of clomiphene and acts as an estrogen receptor antagonist in the hypothalamus and pituitary. Because estrogen is part of how the body decides it has enough testosterone, blocking that signal prompts the pituitary to release more LH and FSH, which drives the testes to produce more testosterone directly.
Enclomiphene blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, reducing the feedback that tells the body to slow testosterone production.
Higher LH drives testicular testosterone output. Higher FSH supports sperm production, which is the pathway exogenous testosterone suppresses.
Because production stays endogenous, enclomiphene is often chosen by men who want to address low testosterone while preserving fertility, or who want to avoid injections.
Taken as a daily capsule. No injections, no gels, and no transference risk to partners or children.
