NAD+ is required by hundreds of enzymatic reactions, and published work reports that its tissue concentrations decline with age across multiple organ systems.
NAD+ Injection

HOW NAD+ WORKS
Glucose control.
NAD+ is a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide coenzyme present in every cell. It shuttles electrons through the reactions that produce ATP, and it is consumed as a substrate by sirtuins and PARP enzymes involved in DNA repair. Because it is used up rather than recycled in those reactions, supply matters.
NAD+ cycles between its oxidized and reduced forms to move electrons through glycolysis and the mitochondrial electron transport chain.
These enzyme families consume NAD+ while performing DNA repair and regulating cellular stress responses, which is why demand can exceed supply.
Published tissue analyses report progressively lower NAD+ concentrations across adult decades.
Injection avoids the digestive breakdown that limits oral NAD+. Dose and frequency are set by your provider at intake.
